Well we have all heard about the film Pankh and also the fact that in the film well known actress Bipasha Basu plays herself. However here’s news for all those interested, Bips actually plays the part of an alter ego to a guy who is facing an identity crisis as he has always been portrayed as a female artist since child-hood. Besides this to help the audience comprehend this situation the director Sudipto has decided that there should be a song sequence that explains the relationship between the lead actor Maradonna Rebello ( who is making is debut) in this art film and the dusky beauty Bipasha. Taking about the film, Rebello says “This film was my first film in the sense of making a debut and besides this it is also the first film which is considered as an art film in the genre of Hindi cinema. So, on the whole it was a really enriching experience, also in some matters it was like a dream come true as I am working with really big stars like Bipasha and all. So I guess it was like that really big break that people talk about, and I am really happy,” he says.His experience with Bipasha? “I can say it was fun as the topic we were dealing with was pretty dark but still we had good times. Bipasha was really helpful and made me feel very comfortable though I was a new comer. She really looked after me. For instance there were some smoking scenes and I am a non-smoker so I used to get all pukey and groggy and at such times Bips would call for a time out and let me sit in her van and attend to me till I felt better. It was like she was always there like an older sister looking after her little brother,” he reveals
