Towards the end of the shoots of Raajneeti there were reports of a rather nasty break up in the friendship of Nana Patekar and Prakash Jha, the later even making it public. Jha, it was reported had asked Nana to leave the shoots and even shot remaining few scenes without the actor.However things seems to be cool now if we go by what Nana says.“We have been friends for very long and obviously we argue a lot. He thinks I am wrong most of the time while I think he is wrong.

But that does not mean we break our friendship. There have been so many fights that never reached the press. We don’t even need to apologize. All we need to do is call up and tell we need to meet,” says Nana. He also rubbishes that the final portions were shot without him. “It’s not easy to find a person who looks and talks like me,” he laughs out.

Producer Boney Kapoor must be ruing the day when he cast Shahid Kapur and Kareena Kapoor in his film Milenge Milenge. The two are not only refusing to shoot a music video together but also going to promote the film separately. Milenge Milenge will be the duo’s first release together after their break-up more than two years ago. The song Sab Kuch Khatam Ho Kar Bhi… is almost a reflection of their real-life break up.Says a source, “Now that Shahid and Kareena have completed their dubbing, there’s another problem. Initially, both stars had refused to shoot for the promo but after Boney and music director Himesh Reshammiya recorded a new song in keeping with the times, Shahid and Kareena were very excited.

The only glitch is that though both have agreed to shoot for it their condition is that they wouldn’t shoot for it together. In fact, though both Shahid and Kareena have seen the rushes, they have told Boney that they won’t also publicise the film together. Now Boney is in a dilemma.”Boney Kapoor says, “Yes we are shooting the song Sab Kuch Khatam with Shahid and Kareena separately. First we will shoot with Shahid and then with Kareena. But Shahid and Kareena haven’t told me anything or stipulated any conditions. The first lines of the song are such that we can’t have the two of them singing together as it shows that they have split up and gone their separate ways on screen (like they have done in reality).”

Apparently, Shahid and Bebo have also told Boney that they will publicise Milenge Milenge separately. “I haven’t heard anything like that,” says Boney and adds, “In fact, when Kareena finished her dubbing she said she would be part of the publicity.Shahid has also assured me of his cooperation. We will shoot the music video in March and then work out the strategy as the film releases on July 2.”Kareena Kapoor says, “I haven’t been approached by Boneyji to do the song. If I am asked to do so, I will shoot the song with Shahid. I am cool with working with him. I am a professional and will do whatever my director decides and feels is best for the film.” Will she promote the film also with Shahid?

Kareena retorts, “I will do whatever I can for the film and whatever Boneyji decides. It’s completely his call.”

If sources are to be believed, Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez will be joined by none other than Sanjay Dutt in the newest Pepsi commercial.According to sources, Sunil Manchanda, the producer, had been hunting for the perfect girl to appear alongside Kapoor and Dutt in the ad.

When he spoke to his close friend, Nikhil Advani about it, he suggested Manchanda to cast Jacqueline and showed him some scenes of her from his forthcoming film, Jaane Kahaan Se Aayi Hai.Manchanda was impressed by Jacqueline’s performance and asked her to do the commercial.

As for Sanjay’s involvement in the ad, more details are awaited.

Shahrukh Khan recently said to a Tabloid that he and Aamir are friends. He considers that both of them have the same sense of humour. Shahrukh is never bothered about her box office figures, so he is not bothered about other’s collection.

Shahrukh feels he has grown as an actor after doing ‘My Name is Khan’.Recently when he performed in Dubai, he could feel the vibes from the audience were warmer than usual.Shahrukh will only do selective roles now.

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, who turned 45, has an assorted wish list on his birthday — he wants to learn a couple of languages, spend time with family and learn cooking from his “aami”.”I am looking forward to spending time with my family and mom. My kids will be coming anytime. No special celebration, just being with the family,” Aamir told reporters after cutting the cake at his residence in Pali Hill here with six-year-old Manvi, who had come with her journalist mother. Even though he had no plans for celebration, when visitors poured in, he obliged.

Before cutting the cake, Aamir met his fans who had come with gifts and bouquets to wish him on his birthday.”This year I am looking forward to spending lot more time with my family, with my children, my mom and Kiran. Professionally, I have three films up for release this year Peepli Live, Delhi Belly and Dhobi Ghat,” he said.”I have to learn a couple of things. I want to learn two languages. One is Marathi, which I can read and write but can’t speak and the other is Urdu, which I can speak but can’t read and write. I also want to learn swimming,” Aamir said. “I will also learn to cook from my aami. She is a brilliant cook,” he added.

Asked what his wife Kiran gifted him on his birthday, he said: “Kiran has made a painting for me.”Aamir shared his experience of meeting Hollywood film director James Cameron in Delhi.”It was wonderful experience to meet James. He is a wonderful person and a great filmmaker. I got the opportunity to meet him, know his thoughts…he is very down to earth. It was a great honour and privilege to talk to him,” Aamir said.Asked if he is signing any Hollywood film, he said: “If something interesting comes up, I am ready to take it up. But right now, I am not doing any film.”

Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan, who is known for his histrionics and of course the famous ‘perfectionism’, has turned 45 today. The stunt season has set in… While we hear several tittle-tattle about heroes jumping into the daredevil acts, here’s yet another actor who will be seen in the rough-tough avatar. Kookie V Gulati’s ‘Prince’ has made its protagonist Vivek Oberoi to try out some risky stunts. The actor who is playing a role that he has not done before said to have jumped from cliff and helicopters. But what is more dangerous is that the actor has jumped off a 65 storey building for a sequence.

And all the while Vivek said to have been thrilled to try them all. One would have awed at the trailer where Vivek and his co-star Aruna Shields together on a bike leaping off the rooftop from one building to another…‘Look before you leap’ goes the saying, and the makers of the film had made sure that the hero was given best of the safety aids.

There’s a strong buzz that the actress is done with Mudassar Aziz the helmer of the disastrous ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ and the former Miss Universe is dating one of her ex-boyfriend Manav Menon who is an Ad filmmaker.The two have been spotted many times recently and according to eye witnesses, Menon and Sen are more than just friends.

People close to her however say that it’s Sushmita’s approach towards the men in her life that she always manages to keep them as friends even after breaking up with them.Indicating that the meetings with Manav menon doesn’t sound any alarms to them but sources present at the restaurant say that they where behaving more like friends.

Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi says he lost his childhood sweetheart to cancer when he was 18.”When I was just 18, I lost my first love. My childhood sweetheart since the age of 13 died of cancer,” he wrote on his Twitter page.  The actor, who is the brand ambassador of Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA), says by helping those who cannot afford treatments he feels he`s honouring his late girlfriend.

“Every time I help CPAA, spend time with the patients going to the hospitals on Rose Day or celebrate my b`day with terminally ill children, I feel I am honouring her memory,” he added. “I was devastated when I lost her, but by helping save the ones who can`t afford the treatment and medicines, I feel she`s alive in their smiles.

“My mother taught me – the best way to honour the memory of someone you`ve loved and lost is to reach out and ease someone else`s pain and misfortune,” wrote the actor who is associated with the CPAA for eight years.The actor is now looking forward to the release of “Prince”, which is his first solo hero movie in five years.

Kareena Kapoor is over the moon as her sister Karisma Kapoor gave birth to a baby boy. Bebo is thrilled to become maasi again and happy to experience the same feeling when her niece Samaira was born. On becoming aunty again, an ecstatic Kareena said, “I am thrilled to become a maasi again! I have just come back from the hospital. Lolo and the baby are healthy and fine. We are having a huge family get-together. Mom, dad, Samaira, Sanjay (Lolo`s husband), Saif and I are having a lovely family time together.”"We haven`t named the baby as yet but will do so in a couple of days. I have also thought of a name for him.

We are all over the moon with the baby and so is Samaira. Last night we had an intimate family dinner to celebrate the baby`s arrival,” added Kareena.Overjoyed Kareena postponed all her shoots to be on the side of her sister and nephew, “Yes I have! Nothing – not even work can come between my babies and me! I love babies and I just can`t wait to hold Lolo`s baby in my arms and play with him. When Lolo is busy with the baby, Mom (Babita) and I will take turns to baby sit Samaira.”So what the actress will be doing during the break? “I am looking forward to this break with great pleasure!

I have already shopped for the baby`s clothes and toys and looking forward to giving them to him. This break is also a great way of my entire family coming together and bonding in a big way,”, Kareena quips.
