Since couple of days the film “Jodi Breakers” is in news for wrong factors. The movie directed by Ashwini Chaudhary has been exonerated from allegations of plagiarism levelled by the makers of the French movie ‘Heartbreakers’, which was mentioned to have inspired the Hindi film releasing Friday. Reportedly the lawyers hired by the makers of “Heartbreakers” saw “Jodi Breakers”, which has Bipasha and Madhavan in the main characters, and came to the conclusion that there were no obvious similarities between the 2 movies.

Sounding happy, the film’s director Ashwini Chaudhary mentioned: “Their legal counsels have concluded that there aren’t any similarities between their movie, and ours. The reality that they came to this conclusion comes as no real shock to me. “I was aware that there were no similarities between the 2 movies, other than maybe the similar-sounding names. I’m not sure who began this whole claims against our movie. This isn’t the kind of promotion we’re looking for.”
