All is not well in Sanjay Dutt’s married life. Close friend of the actor say that Sanju has now realized why Manyata wanted to get married in Goa. While the world is debating on the credibility of Sanjay Dutt and Manyata’s mysterious marriage that happened in Goa, nobody seems to have raised a question on why was the marriage legalized in Goa. While some claim that it is easy to get away with the Goa marriage laws, the actual reason for choice of Goa as the marriage venue seems to have something more to it. Why did Manyata take the pains of procuring a domicile certificate of Goa and went out of her way to prove that she stayed in the state for six months (or at least claimed so) to authorize her wedding with Sanjay Dutt? We learnt from a close friend of Sanju that as per the marriage laws of Goa, if a Goan female domicile certificate holder gets married in Goa, 50 % of the property of the male member is attributed to her name. Which means, in case of Sanjay Dutt and Manyata, 50% of Sanju’s property will now be under Manyata’s possession. We wonder if that was the hidden agenda behind their marriage being legalized in Goa. Perhaps that’s the reason Sanjay Dutt’s family too was not in favour of this marriage.Sanjay Dutt had recently tied the knot with his girlfriend of two years, Manyata, on February 7 at the Taj Exotica in Goa under the Special Marriage Act with only a few close friends as witnesses. No body from his family was present on the occasion.
